Ese Oruru's father confirms daughter's pregnancy status 

 Following from an initial report that Ese Oruru, the 14-year-old girl who was kidnapped from Bayelsa and taken to Kano, is pregnant, her father has confirmed her status. 

According to Daily Post, the father, Charles Oruru, confirmed on Thursday, March 3, that his daughter is truly 5 months pregnant.

Speaking on Raypower FM while briefing the state governor, Seriake Dickson on the latest development after her release and reunion with her parents, Ese’s father confirmed the daughter’s present status after being with the said man for about five-six months. 

This new revelation by the father is coming just days after he had initially said that his daughter, who he claims cannot take care of her hygiene, cannot love the said Yunusa. 

Charles insisted that his daughter is a minor who wants to pursue her secondary school education and not fall in love with anybody. 

Meanwhile, Dahiru Bala, the father of alleged kidnapper of Ese, has disclosed all details of how his son, Yunusa Yellow, took the girl to Kano in 2015. 

Vanguard reports that Yunusa Yellow is engaged to another girl in Kano. 

“There was no marriage between my son and Ese Oruru because it is illegal,” his father said. 

However, Premium Times reports that the 55 year old man told reporters in his Tofa village home in Kura local government area of Kano state that his son in 2015 called to inform him about his plan to come with Miss Oruru from Bayelsa state.
