Why Great Leaders Need FRESH Ideas?

Although, it may be, apparently, the easiest, path of least resistance, and require less effort and stress/ resistance, if you want to be, a truly great leader, one must avoid, being fearful, and bound, by the restrictions of any self - imposed, comfort zone, and take the time, and make it one's priority, to fully consider options and alternatives, goals and priorities, relevance and sustainability, and introduce/ use, FRESH ideas.

The 3 V's Of Leading: Vision, Value, Values

Those, who take the duties, and responsibilities, of being a leader, seriously, realize, they must, consistently, pay keen attention, to the 3 V's of Leading!

While there is no such thing, as a magic formula, or elixir, to making a difference, for the better, and transforming, his organization, in the most meaningful manner, when one, is ready, willing, and able, to consistently, remain loyal, to these, in a persistent way, nearly always, get the most desirable results.

These 3 essential, major considerations are: value; values; and vision. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, what these mean, why they are so important, and what they represent.

1. Vibrant, vital vision: Many proclaim, they are guided, by their visions, but, only the most significant leaders, possess, a truly, vibrant, vital vision!

The main difference, is, between, often - empty rhetoric and promises, versus, articulating an inspiring, motivating message, which indicates, why others should follow (and want to), and how their strategic plan, and action planning, will make the group, stronger, better, more relevant, and, truly sustainable!

This must never abandon the core mission of the organization, but, rather, embrace it, and bring it, to the so - called, next level!

2. Value: Inspire others, by always, considering, the best way, to provide, the most, bang, for the buck! Retaining existing members, and showing potential ones, why, they should want to belong, is the essence of demonstrating, the value, the organization offers, and represents.
