18-year-old lady says she enjoyed 'rape' with five teenagers

 – Five teenagers who reportedly raped 18-year-old lady released because she said it was consensual – Attorney says she refused to cooperate with the investigation process – Adds that she will get any support she needs from victim advocates that she has been working with

First glimpse photos taken outside the offices of the NYPD. Five teenagers have been accused of defiling an 18-year-old lady but she has admitted to being in support of the said act.

Daily Mail reports that the lady (name withheld), reportedly said that the sex romp with the young men at a playground in Brooklyn, was consensual as her father was also one of those who took turns to defile her.

After her confession, the five teenagers, who had been charged with rape, were released because there was no further evidence for prosecution. The allegations against Denzel Murray, 14, Shaquell Cooper and Ethan Phillip, both 15, and Onandi Brown and Travis Beckford, both 17, were said to have been dropped by the Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson in an announcement on Wednesday afternoon.

A statement from the attorney’s office read: “Working closely with the NYPD, my office has thoroughly investigated disturbing and very serious allegations of a gang rape at gunpoint last month inside the Osborn Playground in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn.

“The complainant, as well as her father, provided multiple inconsistent accounts to NYPD Detectives and to experienced Special Victims prosecutors about important material facts in this case.” ‘The complainant has recanted her allegations of forcible sexual assault and the existence of a gun, and she does not wish to pursue criminal charges against any of the defendants.”

A disappointed Thompson also rued the refusal of the young lady to cooperate in the prosecution process, especially as it may also be against her father. “She also refuses to cooperate with any prosecution against her father, who was engaging in sexual conduct with her.

“That night, this young woman’s father and the five young men engaged in conduct that was reprehensible and wrong, but because of the lack of reliable evidence, criminal charges simply cannot be sustained,” the legal practitioner added.

While hoping that the young lady gets the support she requires to move on in life, the Attorney said that victim advocates have been working with her and will assist her in anyway she may need one.

The five teens accused as adults, had each been charged with one count of rape, two counts of criminal sex act, and one count of sex abuse in connection with the alleged assault. In explaining her side of the story initially, the lady had said that she was scared when her father took off running and left the men to take turns raping her and after initially refusing to go to hospital, she was taken by ambulance and interviewed the next day. Her latest confession, however, she maintained that they had consensual encounter and does not think anyone should be blamed, which resulted in the release of the perpetrators.
