Late Victor-David Egbe was a 500-level medical student

 Late Victor-David Egbe, a 500-level Medicine and Surgery student of the Benue State University (BSU) reportedly died while praying for a sick student whom he had visited at a clinic. Egbe who was also a young pastor presiding over the Campus Witness Church in the school, was said to have slumped at the clinic, and died before he could be rushed to a hospital.

According to a post by a facebook user identified as Stanley Chukwunonso Fisher, this is what happened: “It was a scenario of sorrow and mourning when the news of the death of a 500 level student of the Benue State University (BSU) Makurdi, Victor-David Egbe was announced this morning. Apostle Victor was a medical student and also the pastor and founder of Campus Witness Church before his untimely death. 

One of his friends who shared the sad news on the social media said that the young pastor slumped at the Clinic while praying for a sick friend. He was reportedly rushed to the hospital but the young man gave up the ghost on the way. This is very touching and a sad news for the bereaved family …I wonder what would become their fate at the moment ? Oh! Death! Why your devoted servant? Rest In Peace victor, it’s so unfortunate brother, but Gods time is always the best for all mankind.” 

Victor died while praying for a sick student Another friend wrote: “EGBE VICTOR, you sent me a message yesterday and today I am told that you are sleeping. I can’t find DEATH in the content of this message. I posted a write-up yesterday on the common denominator of a man which is death; your name wasn’t envisioned.
